Is your coffee roasted after I order?

Yes. Coffee is fresh roasted in the United States after the order is placed. This helps deliver a fresher cup than coffee that has been sitting on a shelf for weeks or months.

Is the coffee ground after I order?

Yes. If you choose a ground coffee option, your coffee is freshly ground to your selected grind after the order is placed.

Returns and Order Issues

Do you accept returns on coffee or tea?

For food safety reasons, coffee and tea products generally cannot be returned once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a product issue, contact us so we can review it and help make it right.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because coffee is roasted after the order is placed, changes and cancellations are usually not possible once an order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Do I have to be a veteran to buy from American Veteran Coffee?

No. American Veteran Coffee is veteran-owned, but it is open to everyone. Veterans, military families, first responders, civilians, and supporters are all welcome here.
