Do I have to be a veteran to buy from American Veteran Coffee?
No. American Veteran Coffee is veteran-owned, but it is open to everyone. You do not have to be a veteran to stand with the values behind the brand. If you believe in service, resilience, discipline, remembrance, and showing up for others, you are welcome here.

What does “Still Standing. Still Serving.” mean?
It means service does not end when the uniform comes off. For us, it represents resilience, responsibility, and continuing to show up for people, community, and purpose.

Is the coffee ground after I order?
Yes. When you select a ground coffee option, your coffee is freshly ground according to your selected grind preference after the order is placed.

Do you sell whole bean coffee?
Yes. Whole bean options are available for customers who prefer to grind their coffee at home.

What grind options are available?
Grind options may vary by product, but common options can include whole bean, standard grind, espresso, coarse grind, or other available selections shown on the product page.

Do you sell tea?
Yes. We offer artisan teas as part of our lineup for customers who prefer tea or want something beyond coffee.

Are your products made before I order?
Our coffee is roasted after you order. This helps ensure a fresher product than coffee that has been sitting on a shelf for weeks or months.

Which coffee should I start with?
House Blend is a strong starting point for everyday drinking. French Roast is a better fit if you prefer a darker, bolder cup. Blonde is better if you like something lighter. Cold Brew is ideal if you prefer chilled coffee.

Orders and Shipping

Where do you currently ship?
American Veteran Coffee currently ships within the United States.

We may expand shipping coverage in the future, but at this time, orders are fulfilled for U.S. shipping addresses.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is currently free within the United States.

Coffee and tea include free U.S. shipping, and at this time, brand gear also ships free within the U.S. If that changes in the future, available shipping options and any shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

When will my coffee or tea ship?
Coffee is roasted after your order is placed. If you choose a ground coffee option, it is also ground to your selected grind preference after the order is placed.

Most coffee orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping destination, carrier timing, holidays, and order volume. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on the way.

Why does American Veteran Coffee cost more than grocery-store coffee?
Grocery-store coffee is usually roasted, packed, shipped, warehoused, stocked, and sold long after production.

American Veteran Coffee is roasted after your order is placed, prepared according to your selected grind option, and shipped directly to you from within the United States.

The price also reflects free U.S. shipping, small-batch fulfillment, specialty coffee sourcing, and the cost of operating an independent veteran-owned brand rather than a mass-market coffee operation.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our coffee is roasted after your order is placed, changes and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been submitted.

Roasting and preparation begin the same day your order is placed. If you choose a ground coffee option, the coffee is also ground to your selected grind preference during fulfillment. For that reason, we do not accept changes, cancellations, or order edits after checkout.

Please review your order carefully before placing it, including product selection, grind option, shipping address, and contact information.

Do you accept returns?
For food safety reasons, coffee and tea products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the product, contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Coffee and tea subscriptions are available on eligible products.

Subscriptions are a good option if you want fresh coffee or tea delivered regularly without having to reorder each time. Subscription pricing includes a discount, and the discount may vary based on the delivery frequency you choose, such as weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.

Yes. In addition to coffee and artisan teas, American Veteran Coffee may offer brand gear such as mugs, shirts, hats, stickers, and other items.

Why does some brand gear cost more than basic merchandise?
Some items, such as embroidered hats or premium mugs, cost more to produce. We price products to reflect quality, production cost, and the free shipping structure where applicable.

Are the shirts unisex?
