Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and repeat deliveries based on the subscription option you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the subscription frequency you choose. Subscription details, including price, delivery frequency, and renewal terms, will be shown before checkout.

You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through your customer account or through the subscription management link provided in your order or subscription emails.

Subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before the next order is processed. Once an order has been processed, roasted, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot usually be canceled.

Because coffee and tea are consumable food products, returns may be limited. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details.
